FOR SCHOOLS


The Start Your Career Right Programme

A 3-week programme that will provide your students (in Years 10-13) with the necessary knowledge, resources and advice to help them start their careers in the right way. Each week thinkHER ambition will deliver a workshop on the following topics: CVs, Applications and Interviews. The purpose of this programme is to help students to close their knowledge gaps and give them a head-start in their career journey.

Programme fees are dependent on participant size, content and asset creation and workshop duration.

The Leadership Programme

An 8-week programme that will cover a range of topics including leadership styles, communication, teamwork, strategic thinking and more. This programme also includes a team project that participants can put on their CV as evidence of work experience. The purpose of this programme is to build a cohort of young women (in Years 10 -13) who have the practical skills to become confident leaders in all areas of life.

Please note that we can offer a condensed version of this programme.

Ad Hoc Workshops

Tell us your workshop goal and we will make it happen. We will ensure that we deliver suitable and relevant content to help young women make better informed decisions about their future, combining both the theoretical and practical elements.

FOR CORPORATE ORGANISATIONS


The InspireMe Mentoring Programme

The InspireMe Mentoring Programme is a 10-month Mentoring Programme that pairs young women from the thinkHER tribe with mentors from a Corporate Organisation. Mentees and mentors will meet once a month, as a minimum, and participate in a minimum of two group sessions held at the beginning and end of the programme.

This programme is underpinned by 4 pillars; knowledge enhancement, skills development, networking and community and the talent recruitment pipeline. Together we will define programme goals and objectives and develop an impact measurement matrix based on an existing framework. We will then build learning and development plans for your employees ensuring that they align with the programme goals, pillars and your wider organisational goals. Additionally we will identify a talent recruitment process to help mentors identify talent for your appropriate recruitment streams so that mentees can be converted into interns, placement and/or graduate students.

The purpose of this programme is to bring together women of all ages that are passionate about personal and career development to encourage and inspire each other to aim higher. We will work with you to create a Mentoring Programme that addresses the specific needs of your organisation.

Workshops

Our expertise and experience working with young women give us a unique advantage. The thinkHER tribe want to learn more about the wide range of career paths available to them. You can collaborate with us to run a workshop specific to your organisation and industry. We will work with you, to create content that focuses on the foundations of who you are, what you do and why you do it. We will then take it to the next level by creating a syllabus that will aid participants in developing both soft and technical skills specific to your organisation and/or industry.

We encourage workshops that are, at minimum, half a day so that participants are truly able to learn, develop and enhance new and existing skill sets and network with your employees.

These workshops can give your company early exposure to the talent pipeline and can help you source talent for your work experience placements, apprenticeships, insight weeks and graduate schemes.

We hold one annual summit per year with the aim of developing practical skill-sets, enhancing knowledge, raising aspirations, and providing networking opportunities.
